A Day In The Life

We are looking for teammates with at least 2 years’ experience, preferably with experience in any of the, for the Public segment OR-ICU department, one of the largest business models newly identified within the scope of Project Future. Based in Istanbul, you may cover the surrounding region.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Promote and sell Medtronic products and services within the assigned territory to meet/exceed sales targets
• Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored product services to maximize benefits
• Educate customers on Medtronic’s products and services
• Conduct market research, including competitor analysis
• Implement and adapt market development plans as needed
• Communicate customer feedback on new products or improvements to internal teams

Required Knowledge And Experience:

• OR experience
• Previous experience in Tender preparation, specification reading, writing addendum, organising material delivery and working with KOL 
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with experience in customer negotiation and sales closing
• Ability to work work with the team in an organised manner
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Ability to manage large centres.
