A Day In The Life

You will establish and execute an effective strategy of the HCP and internal Training and Education in ACEE region in field of Implantable Devices and cardiac diagnostics (CDS) with primary focus in full management of the Conduction System Pacing Curriculum both for HCPs and for technical consultants CRM. Together with the team develop and execute tailored T&E plan in CRM business for ACEE region with primary focus in CEECA SEECA cluster. You will support successful launch of CSP therapy in all countries of the EMEA RLM region in MIC, Istanbul. Contribute to the successful execution of the HCPs Training and Education strategy in fields of CRM & CDS for promoting both MDT brand and therapies and assure safe and effective therapy and product utilization.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Lead the CSP T&E curriculum in whole EMEA RLM region including creation and maintenance the high quality of the content and full management of the EMEA RLM level courses for HCPs and employee’s management of the application, mentorship and progress tracking of the T&E process.
• Provide training to the field forces in fields of CRM and CDS, related products, procedures and Medtronic clinical protocols.
• Support CRM&CDS businesses locally ACEE region with primary focus to SEECA countries including training needs assessment, creation of tailored T&E plan and conduction of local educational programs.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver local education programs in SEECA region on Implantable Devices (CIEDs) and Patient Management Diagnostics (PMD) consistent with Corporate and OU needs.
• Partner with and provide subject matter expertise on Medtronic products, therapies, and procedures to others in the team.
• Manage courses reviews and provide feedback to the owners of the content of programs.
• Participate in curriculum review boards to ensure that learner and field supplied feedback and performance data is incorporated into future programs to ensure ongoing quality, customer satisfaction and response to changing business needs. 

Required Knowledge And Experience:

• 5+ years direct sales, marketing, clinical, and educational delivery experience
• 3 years minimum experience in field of implantable devices for cardiac rhythm management (TCs, clinical, marketing or T&E)  
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Proven track record of experience in project management and/ or education
• Proven track record of presentations in front of audience
• Willingness to travel (not more than 50% of time)
