Transformation Manager

We are seeking a proactive and impact-driven Transformation Manager to join Icelandair’s Strategy & Transformation team. This role will play a central part in driving Icelandair’s transformation journey by coordinating strategic initiatives, ensuring effective delivery, and supporting leaders across the business in turning change into lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to plan, drive, and oversee strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with company priorities
• Act as a thought partner to stakeholders, challenging assumptions and promoting fact-based decision-making
• Manage transformation roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics
• Identify bottlenecks and risks and proactively work with stakeholders to resolve them
• Drive change management activities, ensuring effective communication and engagement across the organization
• Monitor and track progress of initiatives, preparing reports and insights for the Executive Committee and Board
• Conduct analyses and prepare recommendations to inform decision-making and prioritize initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, transformation, corporate development, program management, or related field
• Experience in managing large-scale projects or transformations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and actions
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English
• Structured and organized, with strong prioritization skills
• Strong collaborator, able to work effectively with diverse teams and senior stakeholders
