Your Mission

Join our dynamic Tendering & Proposals team and play a key role in enhancing the attractiveness and saleability of our proposals. As Proposal Marketing Strategy Coordinator, you will develop and implement impactful marketing strategies and promotional materials to support strategic tenders across the Paris Operating Center and beyond.

Your goal: Help increase our GET ratio by aligning proposal strategies with client expectations and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement marketing strategies for strategic tenders.
• Create compelling materials: brochures, executive summaries, videos, presentations, 3D print-outs, etc.
• Collaborate with Proposal Managers, Sales, and Business Lines to identify key opportunities.
• Support digital development initiatives (e.g., Xait editing tool, CV formatting).
• Promote marketing activities across Paris Cluster Operating Centers and liaise with Group Marketing.
• Organize and support internal events, workshops, and seminars to foster collaboration.

About You :

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, tendering, or prequalification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in PowerPoint. Good skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and other Office365 tools.
• Creative, meticulous, and able to manage priorities effectively
