Job Purpose

The UX/UI Designer plays a critical role in shaping the look, feel, and usability of e-commerce products. By leveraging user research, design systems, and iterative testing, you will ensure all platforms deliver seamless, inclusive, and high-performing digital experiences aligned with both business goals and user needs.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design deliverables such as wireframes (low to high fidelity), user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Create clickable prototypes to validate design decisions with stakeholders and end users.
• Define and document interaction states aligned with backend system responses.
• Apply consistent UI patterns, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards across all designs.
• Use analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to refine and optimize designs.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG/ADA accessibility requirements.
• Partner with QA teams to validate design fidelity during testing phases.
• Provide support and design clarifications during Agile/Scrum development sprints.
• Produce detailed design documentation and specifications for seamless developer handoff.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven track record as a UX/UI Designer in e-commerce or digital product environments.
• Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable components.
• Familiarity with WCAG/ADA accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Hands-on experience working within Agile frameworks (SAFe/Scrum), including design sprints.
• Ability to leverage data-driven insights (analytics, heatmaps, A/B testing) for design decisions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
