Job Purpose
The UX/UI Designer plays a critical role in shaping the look, feel, and usability of e-commerce products. By leveraging user research, design systems, and iterative testing, you will ensure all platforms deliver seamless, inclusive, and high-performing digital experiences aligned with both business goals and user needs.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop design deliverables such as wireframes (low to high fidelity), user flows, and interactive prototypes.
- Create clickable prototypes to validate design decisions with stakeholders and end users.
- Define and document interaction states aligned with backend system responses.
- Apply consistent UI patterns, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards across all designs.
- Use analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to refine and optimize designs.
- Ensure compliance with WCAG/ADA accessibility requirements.
- Partner with QA teams to validate design fidelity during testing phases.
- Provide support and design clarifications during Agile/Scrum development sprints.
- Produce detailed design documentation and specifications for seamless developer handoff.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record as a UX/UI Designer in e-commerce or digital product environments.
- Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable components.
- Familiarity with WCAG/ADA accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Hands-on experience working within Agile frameworks (SAFe/Scrum), including design sprints.
- Ability to leverage data-driven insights (analytics, heatmaps, A/B testing) for design decisions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
