- Develop industry customers with existing product offering, including electrical motion products and controller.
- Support sales in penetrating and maintain key accounts in industry to increase the market share
- Participate in seminars on applications for industry
- Coordinate with the new product development team in assessing new product potential, target accounts & field feedback in industry
- Support sales team; coordinate with engineering and other departments in providing customized solutions for electrical motion products
- Provide analysis reports to support the Industrial market
- Searching new electrical motion and control product applications in different industry areas. Such as 3C, packaging, medical, Automotive etc. and expand sales funnel size.
- Participate in product development in accordance with business and customer demands, and in defining products according market demands.
- Other tasks assigned by the company
- Working closely with internal and external colleagues or partners for long-term business development plans.
Who You Are:
You are expected to systematically analyze industry and market trends and customer needs to identify business opportunities. You understand the technical structure and operating principles of products and solutions, and you provide optimal solutions in challenging situations. You have persuasion, negotiation, and relationship management skills for securing contracts and maintaining long-term partnerships. You manage cross-functional collaboration, schedules, quality, and budgets to successfully complete projects. You create new business opportunities and deliver value that exceeds customer expectations.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Position requires Bachelors’ degree or above, in any engineering discipline
- At least 5-year in Sales or BD experience related to industrial automation / instrumentation products. Strong marketing mind set is a plus
- Working experience in multinational company is preferred
- Highly energetic, mature, pleasant personality and honest character, aggressive pursuit, positive thinker
- Application Knowledge of PLC integration and electrical motion control
- Basic knowledge of CAD (ideally solid works)
- Basic knowledge of PID tuning and electrical actuator sizing
- Must be self-motivated, self-sufficient, yet work well in a team atmosphere
- Must have the ability to manage multiple and competing tasks/priorities
- Strong sense of market development & business insight
- Extensive travel is required
- Good communication skills in both Korean and English.
