As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll assist customers with queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and webchat. You’ll resolve issues related to billing, SIM cards, and products—providing fast, friendly, and accurate support.
- Respond to customer queries across multiple channels.
- Log and update customer information accurately.
- Resolve account and product issues quickly and professionally.
- Ensure all interactions meet company service standards.
- Handle complaints and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Work within set timeframes and quality guidelines.
- Maintain a positive, respectful attitude with customers and colleagues.
- Keep learning and improving your product knowledge.
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 1 year or more call centre customer support experience
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of customer service legislation (NCA, POPIA)
- Basic understanding of retail process.
