The T&D department has signed a framework agreement with TenneT. As part of the work considered within this framework agreement, TenneT has reported its intention to sign several new projects with Acciona. (and many others to come)
The incorporation of a Junior T&C Engineer for the project of TenneT (General) is required from October 2025. The location will be at Acciona offices in Duiven.

DescripcióN Del Puesto

Mission:
The mission of the Junior Electrical Substation Commissioning Engineer is to support the senior commissioning team in the execution of testing, verification, and commissioning activities for electrical equipment within high-voltage substations, ensuring safe, reliable, and functional energization in accordance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations. This role focuses on hands-on learning, accurate data recording, and active participation in the full lifecycle of the commissioning process.

Functions:
- Assist in Testing: Support Senior Engineers in performing a variety of electrical tests on substation equipment, including but not limited to, transformers, circuit breakers, disconnect switches, protection relays, control and metering systems, and batteries among others.
- Documentation and Reporting: Accurately record test results, readings, and observations in required formats (e.g., test sheets, logs). Assist in the preparation of commissioning reports, punch lists, and close-out documentation among others.
- Wiring and Connectivity Verification: Perform visual and continuity checks on control and power wiring against single-line and schematic diagrams to ensure correct installation and termination.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all site safety procedures, LOTO (Lock-Out, Tag-Out) protocols, and high-voltage safety practices while assisting with and performing work.
- Troubleshooting Support: Help identify and resolve minor issues or discrepancies found during testing, escalating complex problems to the Senior Commissioning Engineer.

• -Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all test equipment is properly handled, maintained, and calibrated before use.
• - Site Coordination: Assist with the coordination of testing activities with construction teams, operations personnel, and subcontractors as directed by the lead engineer.
• - Tool and Material Management: Organize and manage tools, testing equipment, and necessary materials for daily commissioning tasks.

Requisitos Del Candidato

• Formación Académica
• Degrees-Certificates/Training: A bachelor’s or master’s degree electricity or a related technical field.
• Idiomas y nivel requerido
• Nivel alto de Inglés.
• Se valorará el conocimiento de Neerlandés y Español.
• Conocimientos complementarios
• Experience with High Voltage Electrical Substations projects in the Netherlands is a plus but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft office tool is required.
