We’re always looking for creative and hardworking team players who thrive in a fast and exciting work environment.The Fintech Operations Senior Manager role would involve overseeing and managing the back office and on-ground operations related to the fintech services within Breadfast Pay LLC. He/she will be developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Fintech industry practices.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Fintech services, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all Fintech related activities by planning, organizing, and strategizing back office daily operations and routine.
- Manage a team of professionals by providing leadership, guidance, and support to achieve department goals and objectives.
- Responsible for managing the chargeback cases, Fraud management & compliance issues related to the Fintech services under Breadfast Pay.
- Monitor fraud cases reported by the fraud team & take the needed actions towards it.
- Manage & optimize on-ground operations starting from stock, inventory, materials, equipment, & human resources to serving the customers at stores through smooth operational experience.
- Monitor and evaluate Fintech services processes to identify areas for improvement and implement measures to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams inside Breadfast Pay, such as business, finance & also stakeholders outside the organization such as the banks to ensure smooth SLA’s & maintain high operational productivity of the fintech services operations.
- Prepare and present daily & monthly reports, metrics, and analysis related to the fintech services operations to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., Certified Cards and Payments Professional) would be a plus.
- 10-14 years of overall proven experience in card services operations, preferably 3-4 years of them in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Familiarity with card network rules and scheme regulations such as Visa & Mastercard and experience in managing card network relationships.
- Solid understanding of fraud prevention techniques, risk management, and compliance requirements in the fintech services domain.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team & excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of each department.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
