Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship
The position of Associate Integrity Officer is assigned to the Office of the Head (AIOD) within the Office of Anticorruption and Integrity (OAI). You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines.
You will report to the designated International Staff and Officer.
Your Role
As an Associate Integrity Officer, you will support OAI's knowledge management (KM) and communications activities.
Your role includes strengthening OAI's knowledge base on integrity and anticorruption by supporting the development and distribution of thematic and sectoral knowledge products, facilitating learning and knowledge programs, and supporting the development of OAI's knowledge repository.
Your role also extends to extending the visibility and effect of OAI activities on development effectiveness, including OAI activities on prevention, compliance, investigations, and enforcement.
You Will:
- A. Support Communications Programs
- B. Support Knowledge Management and Technology Change Management Programs
- Collaborate with different OAI teams to develop and communicate multimedia resources for training, knowledge-sharing, and communications.
- Develop compelling digital and print content, including graphics, video, and animation, to promote ADB anticorruption, integrity, and due diligence efforts.
- Conduct research and write scripts for videos and other multimedia products on integrity-related subjects for publications on the web, online courses, and communication channels, which include webpages, newsletters, and social media platforms.
- Conceptualize, produce, and manage insightful knowledge products and services to help ADB personnel and DMCs safeguard project integrity.
- Keep abreast and advise OAI of current and evolving multimedia resources and communication platforms for OAI's consideration and use.
- Collaborate with ADB's Department of Communications and Knowledge Management (DOCK) to help ensure compliance with ADB's overall communications and knowledge management (KM) standards and strategy.
- Provide input and help develop OAI procedures on how to conduct its communications and knowledge management programs.
- Support the development, organization, and distribution of knowledge products, including training, guidance notes, case studies, lessons learned, and analytical reports on integrity risks and anticorruption topics.
- Help enhance KM systems and repositories, ensuring that critical knowledge is captured, structured, and made accessible to all three OAI divisions.
- Collaborate with OAI's technology team to support IT change management programs that raise awareness of system updates and their impact on both internal and external users.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that promote a culture of learning, including cross-departmental knowledge partnerships and institutional reporting.
C. Others
- Support OAI by providing input relevant to OAI's mandate for interdepartmental programs and policies.
- Provide input to OAI documents and reports, including OAI's Annual Report and back-to-office reports.
- Perform other tasks as assigned and reflected in your work plan.
Qualifications
You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as communications, information technology, multimedia, or related disciplines preferably with advance training.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in multimedia development, data visualization, communications strategy, and knowledge management.
- Demonstrated experience developing and disseminating knowledge products related to integrity, anticorruption, or governance in complex institutional settings.
- Familiarity with knowledge management systems, tools, and practices that support organizational learning, in the context of governance, risk, and compliance.
- Excellent skill in writing and presenting in English.
- Strong organizational skills to balance numerous priorities within tight schedules and respond quickly to requests.
- Cultural awareness to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and develop positive professional relationships internally and externally.
- Experience in multilateral development organizations' requirements, operations, and policies, related to anticorruption.

Additional Information
This appointment is open to internal and external applicants.
This is a fixed-term appointment for an initial fixed period of 3 years. At the end of the initial period, this appointment may, at the option of ADB, be extended once for up to 2 years, converted to a regular appointment, or ended on its expiration date. This decision will be made in the overall interest of ADB that: (a) it will require Staff’s particular blend of skills and experience in the foreseeable future; and (b) Staff’s performance is satisfactory and they are suitable for further employment.
