Looking for Conversational Designer to join us for fulltime role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under rigid deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow documented, well-defined processes
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and design thinking.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience designing conversational interfaces or virtual agents, preferably in the telecom domain.
  • Experience with Dialogflow CX, including flow design, fulfillment, and testing.
  • Proficiency in Python for developing webhook services and automation scripts.
  • Strong understanding of GCP architecture and services relevant to CCAS.
  • Experience with webhooks, RESTful APIs, and backend integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with telecom systems such as CRM, billing platforms, and IVR.
  • Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Developer, Contact Center AI specialization). – Good to Have
  • Experience with Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and Agent Assist - Preferred
  • Knowledge of telecom-specific challenges such as call routing, number portability, and service provisioning
  • Experience with analytics tools for conversational performance tracking.
