Tu souhaites participer à des projets ambitieux et jouer un rôle clé dans le développement de nos villes ? NEUF cherche un architecte intermédiaire pour joindre son équipe à Montréal.

En collaboration directe avec un architecte associé, tu seras impliqué activement dans la conception et la réalisation de projets variés résidentiels.

Ton Quotidien

• Participer à toutes les phases d'un projet, de la conception initiale à la réalisation finale, en respectant les délais et le budget ;
• Coordonner avec le client le programme fonctionnel et technique et la définition des besoins ;
• Élaborer des plans en tenant compte des besoins du client, des normes de construction et des enjeux environnementaux ;
• Élaborer la conception des plans et devis ;
• Élaborer la production de détails techniques de construction ;
• Maintenir une attitude professionnelle auprès des clients et mettre en œuvre des pratiques exemplaires en fournissant ses recommandations, informations et conseils ;
• Coordonner et préparer la production des documents techniques, des devis, soumissions et des présentations ;
• Préparer hebdomadairement les tâches et les livrables à transmettre à l’équipe de projet ;
• Assister le chargé de projet chantier durant la phase de construction ;
• Assurer le suivi des travaux de construction en s’assurant du contrôle de la qualité et du respect de l’échéancier et du budget, selon les normes de NEUF architectes et du client ;
• Assurer une communication claire et efficace avec tous les intervenants du projet ;

Your Role

Do you want to take part in ambitious projects and play a key role in shaping the future of our cities? NEUF is looking for an intermediate architect to join its team in Montreal.

In direct collaboration with a partner architect, you will be actively involved in the design and execution of various residential projects.

Your Day-To-Day

• Contribute to all phases of a project, from initial design to final delivery, while adhering to deadlines and budget ;
• Collaborate with the client in developing the functional and technical program, as well as in defining project requirements ;
• Design plans that address client needs, building standards, and environmental considerations ;
• Develop the design of plans and specifications ;
• Produce technical construction details ;
• Maintain a professional attitude with clients and apply best practices by providing recommendations, information, and guidance ;
• Coordinate and prepare the production of technical documents, specifications, tenders, and presentations ;
• Plan weekly tasks and deliverables for the project team ;
• Support the site project manager during the construction phase ;
• Oversee construction work, ensuring quality control and compliance with the schedule and budget, in accordance with NEUF’s standards and those of the client ;

Profil

• Maîtrise en architecture ;
• Membre de l’Ordre des architectes du Québec ;
• 5 ans d’expériences pertinentes au sein d’une firme d’architecture ;
• Bonne connaissance du Code national du bâtiment ;
• Excellentes connaissances du logiciel Revit ;

•  Master's Degree in architecture ;
•  Member of l'Ordre des architectes du Québec ;
•  5 years of relevant experience in an architecture firm ;
•  Strong understanding of the National Building Code ;
• Excellent knowledge of Revit software ;

• Ability to manage multiple projects and various stakeholders ;
• Excellent priority management and adherence to deadlines ;
• Strong technical rigor and attention to detail ;
• Agility and responsiveness in the face of challenges ;
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively ;
• Positive attitude and focus on customer experience ;
