In the Quality and Engineering team, we are looking for a Digital Quality Engineer & Coordinator who is passionate about Quality in global and international transformations driven by delivery of high-quality digital transformations by managing testing activities, tracking defects, and facilitating communication across teams
Are you driven by quality and reliability of digital transformations and solutions through rigorous testing, quality assurance processes, and effective coordination between technical teams and stakeholders? As part of the team, You will:

• Further bring our Deloitte services on Software Quality, Test Management & Test Automation towards our clients in one or more specific Technology areas, like S/4HANA, SAP, Salesforce and/or in house build software.
• Manage, plan and coordinate software quality & testing activities for the Digital and Technology transformations at our clients and coach the test coordinators & quality engineers working on the project.
• Coordinate the end-to-end testing activities and develop and integrate plan for continuous testing cycles. 
• Report to senior management on the status of test (automation) activities and test execution. Manage resources, budgets and risks on the programs.
• Advise clients on the best test approach and methodologies and provide proof of concepts.
• Coordinate test defect management activities.
• Influence clients, teams and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships with increasingly senior people 
• Understand key objectives for clients and Deloitte, align people to objectives and set priorities and direction 

Let's talk about you

• Proven managerial and leadership capabilities or potential and motivation to lead.
• At least 4 years of experience in test management & coordination in addition to a strong base in testing. Experience in Test Automation is a plus. 
• ISTQB certified or having a good understanding of testing management and automation methodologies.
• Good interpersonal skills, communicative, able to convey impactful presentations to our clients. 
• Able to plan and execute a project to deliver a superior client experience. 
• Eager to build in-depth knowledge of the client’s business and stay up-to-date on industry activities, marketplace trends, innovation efforts, and leading practices.
• Willing to travel abroad (10%).  
• Fluency in written & spoken Dutch or French + English is a must.
• Experience in the life sciences, consumer, financial services, or public sector or experience with Agile environments is also a plus.
