Job Description
This Marketing Assistant role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the center of a thriving digital marketing operation, where you’ll support critical business functions including analytics reporting, content creation, and client communication. Responsibilities
- Extract and analyze marketing performance data from LinkedIn, HubSpot, MailChimp, and Google Analytics to create comprehensive reports
- Transform raw data into clear, actionable spreadsheets and visual charts that drive business decisions
- Participate in weekly 30-minute strategy sessions to coordinate multiple ongoing projects and priorities
- Develop engaging email campaigns and newsletters using existing brand assets and copy templates
- Create and schedule compelling social media content across various platforms to maximize client engagement
- Manage social media communities by responding to messages and fostering meaningful interactions
- Organize and maintain digital marketing assets and files for optimal workflow efficiency
- Support ad-hoc marketing initiatives and special projects as business needs evolve
Requirements
- Proven marketing experience with hands-on knowledge of digital marketing platforms and best practices
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, chart creation, and basic reporting (advanced modeling not required)
- Demonstrated experience working with LinkedIn, HubSpot, MailChimp, and Google Analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Strong organizational abilities and proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup for seamless remote collaboration
- Availability for weekly meetings and responsive communication during North American business hours
- Self-motivated work style with ability to thrive in an independent, results-oriented environment
