- Monday to Friday - 9AM to 5PM - Maybe additional hours of engagement in the future during Saturdays.

Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to become the backbone of guest communications for a successful hospitality operation. You’ll be the friendly voice and responsive presence that ensures every guest has an exceptional experience, from initial inquiry through checkout. Working directly with the business owner, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards that have made this operation successful over seven years. This position offers the perfect blend of customer service, administrative coordination, and operational support in the dynamic world of hospitality management.
Responsibilities
- Manage guest communications across multiple booking platforms including Airbnb, VRBO, and the company’s proprietary booking system
- Respond promptly to guest emails and inquiries that arrive throughout the day, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Handle customer support and sales activities, including managing phone communications with potential guests
- Coordinate with local vendors and service providers to schedule property maintenance and repairs
- Support marketing operations by managing property listings across multiple platforms and ensuring accurate, appealing property presentations
- Maintain organized records through back-office administrative functions including file management and invoice tracking
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for daily property management operations
Requirements
- Previous experience with short-term rental properties in the US market or Canada
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset
- Familiarity with Airbnb, VRBO, and other vacation rental platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate guest communications at various times
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Adaptability to handle seasonal business fluctuations and varying workload intensities
