Job Description

We’re seeking a talented Social Media Assistant to join our growing marketing agency team! This exciting role combines creativity with organization, allowing you to showcase your graphic design skills while managing social media campaigns for multiple clients. You’ll play a crucial role in the behind-the-scenes execution that makes successful marketing campaigns possible. You’ll work closely with the agency owner, handling the detailed execution while they focus on strategy and client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage comprehensive social media scheduling and planning for multiple agency clients
  • Create engaging graphics and visual content using design software
  • Write, edit, and update social media captions across various platforms
  • Maintain organized content calendars and ensure timely posting schedules
  • Execute social media marketing strategies and campaigns with attention to detail
  • Coordinate content updates, revisions, and client-requested changes
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
  • Collaborate with agency owner for feedback and final approval processes
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven experience with social media marketing platforms and best practices
  • Graphic design skills with proficiency in design software (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Excellent writing abilities for creating engaging social media captions
  • Experience with content management systems and scheduling tools
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently
  • Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific requirements
  • Strong communication skills for client coordination and team collaboration
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently while following guidelines
