Job HighlightsContract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern with an hour's unpaid break
Scope:
- Client-facing role with external meeting participation
- International development and blended finance sector focus
- Government contracting and private sector coordination
- Latin America market focus (Spanish language advantage, not a requirement)
- Fast-paced environment requiring quick internal coordination
Responsibilities
- Participate in external client calls and represent the company professionally
- Introduce yourself confidently and take pertinent notes during meetings
- Follow meeting discussions and understand what actions need to come next
- Provide excellent follow-up on all client and internal communications
- Coordinate internally with team members quickly and efficiently
- Support CEO and senior advisors during high-level client meetings
- Manage scheduling and coordination for numerous client meetings
- Maintain professional communication standards with external clients
Requirements
- Business acumen and professional maturity
- Emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent note-taking and follow-up capabilities
- Ability to understand complex business discussions and next steps
- Professional communication skills for client-facing interactions
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Spanish language skills preferred (not required)
- Experience working in fast-paced, senior-level support roles
