As a Patient Monitor/EEG Technician, you will play a vital role in patient care by observing and documenting patient activity during overnight sleep studies. This role offers direct exposure to sleep medicine and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes while working with state-of-the-art technology.

Responsibilities

Monitor patients via advanced video observation systems during sleep studies
Accurately document sleep/wake states, significant movements, and key study events
Record patient timelines, including bedtime, sleep onset, and wake time
Maintain continuous, focused observation throughout the study
Ensure strict adherence to patient privacy and safety protocols

Requirements

Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Ability to maintain focus for extended monitoring periods
Reliable high-speed internet for uninterrupted video monitoring
Fluent English for clear documentation and communication
Willingness to complete comprehensive training in sleep study monitoring
Availability to work US Central Time hours, including potential overnight shifts
