Job Overview
We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Content & Research Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional English proficiency, a strong grasp of complex ideas, and a passion for social media trends. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality of our podcast content, helping us identify the best ideas, and supporting guest outreach. While no technical editing is required, this position combines writing, copy editing, research, and light project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and quality-check podcast output to ensure clarity, accuracy, and high editorial standards
- Write compelling copy for social media, show notes, and promotional materials
- Research and identify potential podcast guests, including drafting outreach communications
- Listen to episodes to extract and highlight the strongest ideas and insights
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends to maximize reach and engagement
- Assist in managing workflows to keep projects on track and deadlines met
Requirements
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English; ability to understand and communicate complex ideas clearly
- Proven experience in copywriting, content editing, or research-based roles
- Detail-oriented, with a strong editorial eye and a broad knowledge base
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends; ability to craft engaging content
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
