Data Analyst

This is a remote position.

• Develop and maintain complex Power BI dashboards and reports from multiple data sources.
• Perform data transformation, modeling, and visualization using Power Query and DAX.
• Ensure reports are scalable, secure, and user-friendly for business users.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis tools) for reporting and data insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into clear, actionable outputs.
• Support optimization of processes within the Microsoft ecosystem (SharePoint, Planner, Forms).

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in a Data Analyst role or similar.
• Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, modeling, dashboard development).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical insights in plain language.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work to tight deadlines.

• Exposure to Power Automate and PowerApps for automation and process improvements.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Planner, and Forms.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data querying and extraction.
