Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to blend social media expertise with e-commerce operations in a creative, culturally-rich environment. You’ll play a pivotal role in bringing beautiful Italian-themed products to market through both strategic product population and engaging social media content creation. Working with designer-created assets, you’ll transform creative concepts into market-ready products while building the brand’s social media presence. This role offers incredible variety and growth potential, allowing you to develop skills across multiple marketing disciplines while working with a collaborative team that values innovation and cultural authenticity. Responsibilities

  • Transform designer assets into market-ready products by applying custom designs across various clothing articles and accessories on Shopify
  • Create compelling product descriptions, names, and specifications using provided AI templates and ChatGPT tools
  • Develop engaging social media content including eye-catching carousel posts featuring 8-10 products monthly
  • Generate creative social media posts that showcase newly populated website products and drive engagement
  • Handle seamless product data entry and transfer processes between systems with attention to detail
  • Support various marketing and administrative initiatives within your allocated hours as the business grows
  • Collaborate with the founding team using Trello project management system to track and complete diverse tasks
  • Contribute to building the brand’s online presence and supporting marketing initiatives in this exciting startup environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media content creation and developing engaging posts that drive results
  • Hands-on familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, and product management processes
  • Creative graphic design skills for producing compelling social media posts and product presentations
  • Strong background in data entry and product population with keen attention to accuracy
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and templates for efficient content generation
  • Exceptional attention to detail for crafting precise product descriptions and specifications
  • Self-motivated ability to work independently while managing multiple diverse tasks effectively
  • Experience with Trello or similar project management platforms preferred
  • Enthusiasm for working in a startup environment with growth mindset and adaptability
