Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to own the full sales cycle and help scale our commercial engine. You’ll work closely with GTM leadership, product, and the founding team to refine our approach to customers and drive revenue growth.

This role requires someone who can prospect, qualify, and close new business while maintaining a deep understanding of buyer needs and business challenges. You’ll have the opportunity to influence how we sell, who we target, and the playbooks we use as we scale.

What You’Ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demoing, negotiating, and closing.
  • Build and maintain pipeline through outbound prospecting and collaboration with SDRs.
  • Tailor messaging to executive decision-makers, showing a clear understanding of their pain points and desired outcomes.
  • Lead value-driven sales cycles focused on business impact, not features.
  • Partner with Product and GTM teams to refine ICP, messaging, and sales processes.
  • Accurately forecast and commit to revenue targets.
  • Contribute to team strategy, culture, and playbook development.


Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven success in SaaS sales with consistent performance against quota.
  • Experience selling to executive stakeholders at mid-market companies (up to 500 employees or $10–50M in revenue).
  • Track record of success in fast-moving, high-growth tech environments (<$20M ARR).
  • Strong ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and close business.
  • Evidence of ownership of results, backed by clear metrics and examples.
  • A growth mindset and collaborative team-first attitude.
