Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic technical team as an IT Support Specialist, where you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining seamless technology operations while supporting the company’s exciting transition to cutting-edge systems. You’ll work closely with the lead technical team, handling essential maintenance and support tasks that keep operations running smoothly while they focus on innovative development projects. This position offers the perfect blend of technical challenge and client interaction, with opportunities to grow your skills in both established and modern CRM platforms during an exciting system migration period.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain CRM system health by identifying error messages and coordinating with the technical lead for swift resolution
- Execute email marketing campaigns by scheduling and deploying targeted communications within the CRM platform
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients, including password resets and account assistance
- Deliver professional email responses to client inquiries regarding payments, account status, and platform navigation
- Offer patient, friendly phone support to clients who need extra guidance with technology
- Support critical system maintenance activities that ensure optimal platform performance
- Contribute to the exciting HubSpot migration project, gaining valuable experience with industry-leading CRM technology
- Collaborate with the technical team to streamline operations and improve client experience
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working with CRM systems and basic technical troubleshooting
- HubSpot experience strongly preferred (perfect timing for our platform migration!)
- Excellent written communication skills for professional client correspondence
- Comfortable with phone communication and ability to provide patient, friendly support
- Available to work during Arizona time zone business hours
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Professional demeanor and genuine desire to help clients succeed
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical team members
