As a Regulatory Reporting Specialist you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Zagreb. Together, we work on becoming the Partner of choice for every Croatian Merchant.

• About Your Future Role
• In this position, you will:
• Analyze regulatory and scheme requirements and implement necessary changes in reporting processes or data,
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, risk, and compliance) to gather necessary data,
• Monitor regulatory and scheme updates and ensure compliance with the new reporting obligations,
• Prepare and submit regulatory and scheme reports to relevant authorities/institutions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness,
• Develop and maintain documentation for regulatory and scheme reporting processes,
• Assist in audits and regulatory examinations by providing necessary reports and insights.

• Essential Qualifications: 
• University degree or equivalent professional qualification in Economics or similar area, 
• Good understanding of the reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS, Basel III, etc.),
• Good knowledge of regulatory reporting within financial services or related industries,
• Good knowledge of card schemes’ rules and regulation,
