Sales Engineer - Machine Division

Wright Technical Services is seeking a Sales Engineer for a client in the machine tool sector. This role focuses on driving profitable sales of company products within a designated territory through continuous outreach and relationship building.

Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan and organize territory coverage. Schedule client visits based on priorities and travel efficiency.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate the completion of quotes and proposals.
• Provide product demonstrations and address customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and effective use of equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of activities and report on sales progress and challenges.
• Collaborate with service teams to resolve customer concerns and enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills to effectively discuss technical product features with customers.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Saleslogix and SAP is a plus.
• Ambitious, with a focus on developing new business opportunities.

Education And Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant sales experience.
• Prior experience in machine tools is a plus.
• Ability to strategize and expand sales territories is essential.
