About The Role:

  • The Partnership Sales Manager at Enfuce will drive growth through strategic partnerships with ecosystem players that drive direct Enterprise client referrals. This role will focus on building and expanding Enfuce’s network of partners, where you will own the full partnership lifecycle from identifying opportunities to closing deals and nurturing long-term value creation. These partners will likely sit in adjacent segments to Enfuce as a card issuer and processor, such as: banking platforms, credit providers and consultants.

What You'Ll Be Doing:

  • This is a senior, highly visible role where you will act as both a commercial driver and a strategic advisor, working closely with Sales, Product, and Commercial leadership to accelerate Enfuce’s market expansion.
  • Lead complex partnership negotiations and structure commercial agreements that drive mutual growth
  • Identify, target, and secure new partnership opportunities with enterprise clients, banks, fintechs, and technology providers in issuing and payment processing.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with C-suite and decision-makers at partner organisations.
  • Work with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Compliance) to design joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in payments, card issuing, and regulatory shifts to position Enfuce as a thought leader and trusted partner.
  • Deliver against growth and revenue targets by driving strategic partnership deals that support Enfuce’s long-term commercial strategy.

What You'Ll Bring:

  • Enterprise-level B2B sales or partnership management, within the issuing processing and payments segment
  • Strong understanding of card issuing, processing value chains, BIN sponsorship, and payment networks.
  • Expertise in structuring agreements, including pricing and contacts terms, demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex enterprise deals with senior stakeholders
  • Relationship building skills, with a network in financial services, fintech, or technology partnerships.
  • Strategic thinker who can balance short-term revenue goals with long-term value creation.
  • Communication and presentation skills in English (additional European languages a plus)
  • Enfuce has an emerging partner network, this individual will have a strong ability to think about the desired state 3 years from now and take steps to action
