About The Role:

  • Main purpose of the role is to assist primarily Sales (new sales) and CSM (up/cross-sales) with understanding and defining the required scope to meet Customers’ needs. The role also focuses on managing the opportunity together with the BDM in a way that utilises the rest of the organisation’s resources as scarcely as possible. As a trusted advisor to the BDM, we are responsible, together with the BDM, of ensuring that the prospect fits Enfuce CaaS model, target segment and size, validating any R&D needs, as well as our risk and compliance.

What You'Ll Be Doing:

  • Deep ecosystem knowledge - We do this through aligning with important stakeholders, such as Partner relations and Product & Tech to always be on top of new features, products and Enfuce’s roadmap. We also keep ourselves educated about the industry, trends and competitor actions to maintain our expertise that is key to the role. There is constant change not only within EFS and ELS (Enfuce regulated entities) and we constantly want to improve our way-of-working (ultimately our messaging as well as Card Program documentation).
  • Scoping - To scope and ensure feasibility from Enfuce CaaS perspective we build an unwavering understanding of the opportunity and what the prospect aim to accomplish. Through listening, and dialogue we showcase Enfuce’s value as a trusted payment processing partner. This will allow us to confirm and document ideal funds flows, onboarding journeys and any additional 3rd parties involved with the facilitation of the card programme. By excelling in the above, we make Customer onboarding faster while avoiding scope creeps during implementation.
  • System & Reporting - Keeping Salesforce up to date with our findings related to ongoing opportunities. Solution Consultants own the Program Scope Form content which should act as the guiding principle for onboarding managers when it comes to agreed scope (eliminating scope creeps).
  • Deal review – Solution Consultants are key members of the Deal Desk committee, making sure that all opportunities are properly qualified and that the BDM’s issuing a value proposal, deliver the key value points of differentiation.
  • Contract drafting – Solutions Consultant’s draft Schedules 2 & 3 (Products & Scope) in CaaS Agreements, which is the starting point for legal team to draft a contract/agreement.
  • Support implementation - Follow and take a consultative part of the implementation project to help the Onboarding manager maintain the red thread of what was discussed and decided during the sales cycle. We do this by being part and actively following the slack channels related to the client onboarding.

What You'Ll Bring:

  • Card processing is the key, issuing side.
  • Knowledge of working with card schemes (Visa/Mastercard)
  • Ability to understand the bigger picture.
  • Scale-up/start-up experience, ability to wear many hats.
  • Have had a very active role in launching/scaling a card offering within a scale-up company
  • CSM, Pre-Sales, Project Manager background (highly dependent on how hands on (person/previous experience; in-depth), technical sales experience
  • Ability to take ownership and come up with new ideas as the team is growing
  • Agile way of working, constant change.
  • Ownership over their own role.
  • Autonomy, ability to tolerate ambiguity.
  • Eye for detail - need to and want to understand.
