Senior Officer, Inventory Receiving Control

Position Objective:

• To continuously improve the inventory accuracy of all on hand materials and finished goods
• To control received of raw material, Finished good accuracy
• To control documents into the system.
• To ensure transaction process
• To complete the cycle count process
• To complete the inventory receiving process

Position Scope:

• Control Received material both of Direct and Indirect material
• Control Domestics Customer Invoices
• Solve problem inventory missing and control document into the system
• Complete cycle count activity as time plan
• Supervise and mentor to officers and all staffs

Responsibilities: (Main Activities) 

• Identify errors in accuracy of on hand inventory and materials, finished goods
• Identify cause of errors in accuracy
• Make inventory corrections as needed
• Received material both of Direct and Indirect material parts
• Cycle counted process and analysis before adjustment in the system
• Received all non-stock items for all section to order
• Solve problem inventory missing
• Ensure transaction into the system
• As a team for physical count
