This is a hands-on, high-output role where you’ll execute at startup velocity while building a strong foundation in B2B product marketing. You’ll produce the collateral and insights that make our sales team unstoppable, connect directly with customers to bring their stories to life, and track performance to make sure every campaign hits its mark.

What You’Ll Do
As a PMM Associate, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of our GTM team. Your work will directly enable our team to close deals and strengthen Doodle’s competitive edge.
- Product & GTM Launches: Contribute to product launches and go-to-market initiatives by creating customer-facing assets, supporting adoption campaigns, and ensuring messaging resonates to drive engagement and usage.
- Sales Enablement: Create compelling sales collateral including presentations, one-pagers, demo scripts, and certification materials.
- Competitive Intelligence: Deliver insights and maintain battlecards to equip the sales team against competitors.
- Customer Evidence: Develop case studies that capture customer stories and highlight measurable impact.
- Campaign Execution: Support email nurture campaigns, manage the content calendar, and track performance across channels.
- Field Marketing & Webinars: Contribute to event logistics, collateral, and follow-up activities for customer-facing initiatives.
- Internal Collaboration: Help keep sales, product, and marketing aligned with clear updates and reporting.
Our Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a curious, driven marketer who wants to grow quickly in B2B product marketing, learning the craft while making a big impact through execution.
Experience & Expertise
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or a related GTM role.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for clarity and storytelling.
- Familiarity with SQL or basic data analysis.
- Exposure to design tools like Figma and Canva; light HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Interest or experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Comfort with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and campaign performance tracking.
- Awareness of competitive intelligence tools and project management software (Linear/Asana/Monday).
- Bonus: experience with video editing for demos or curiosity about AI/automation for marketing analysis.
