Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process documentation for international shipments and receipts
- Verify shipping invoices and assess duties and tariffs
- Audit customs entry data to ensure compliance with global trade requirements
- Perform post-summary adjustments and reconciliations
- Maintain Free Trade Agreement (FTA) documentation from suppliers
- Conduct data entry and ensure accuracy across company systems
- Format and manage routine reports, letters, and memoranda
- File and organize records according to company procedures
- Follow operational schedules and established processes
- Support quality assurance through basic sampling and inspection
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
What You Bring
- Upper secondary school education or equivalent
- Basic experience in import/export operations or clerical logistics tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and follow structured procedures
- Familiarity with office systems and basic reporting tools
- Basic numerical and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow through formal and informal development opportunities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results under pressure
