Our human resources internship is a comprehensive 10-week program designed to engage students through access to hands on project work, networking, and development opportunities.  During the program, interns will be in a supportive learning environment contributing both independently and on a team. Students will gain valuable exposure to human resources as well as insight to a potential career path with a Fortune 500 company.

Competitive compensation is offered, including a housing stipend for eligible candidates. This requires the ability to relocate to Providence, Rhode Island for the duration of the program.

How you can contribute

• Introduce streamline solutions to existing processes that will improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in project teams to help identify recommendations and solutions.
• Design and help create web-based solutions to enhance employee’s mobility experience.
• Benchmark and develop policies and practices to enhance the company’s talent acquisition strategy.
• Build relationships across multiple levels and areas to ensure support is readily available when needed.

How you can qualify

• Must be enrolled as a full-time college student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related degree program
• Proficiency in Microsoft based applications and programs
