Job Overview

As a Quality Assurance Analyst  at Emirates NBD, your role is to support the Governance unit in ensuring effective Audit, Quality Assurance and Training activities. The analyst will assist in audits, monitoring, reporting, and training activities to uphold ENBD’s standards of compliance, code of conduct and customer protection by monitoring conduct of all sales units. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in on-site inspections of agencies, performing desk reviews of registers and document handling.
• Pre-Screening of all Applications, received from Sales Staff before inputting in Systems and subsequently forwarding to RCC to minimize bank credit risk through available systems checking. Reviewing and processing non-STP tablet sourced cases and generated reports for cases sourced on tablet. Monitor and follow up with the team regarding discrepancies.
• Review and verify MIS received from CIE to ensure incentive files are prepared accurately.
• Follow up with product team on all product related issues, such as pricing, card delivery.
• Well versed with basic compliance requirement for financial institutions.
• Manage and act to achieve team goals and objectives. Contribute to the Motivation and morale of the team to be enhanced.
• Handle other activities due absence of staff to avoid delays withing the Team.
• Acceptable suggestions to be given for better processes and productivity.
• Strict adherence to office discipline and be punctual to office timing.
• Promote and aid a team-based environment.
• Preparing Dashboard and MIS. 

Skills And Experience

• Minimum Graduate 
• Atleast 2+ Years of Banking experience
• Proficiency in excel analytics skills with ability to create, maintain and analyze large datasets through MIS, dashboards, trackers etc.
• Preferable certifications/diplomas in CFE, CIA or any Internal Audit etc.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for interacting with agency staff 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify irregularities
