As Commercial Plan Manager, you’ll be responsible for translating sales targets into a comprehensive marketing strategy. You’ll work cross-functionally with the Customer Value Proposition team as well as the execution team to design and execute campaigns that drive measurable business impact. Your responsibilities as a Commercial Plan Manager

  • Translate the financial objectives into clear sales targets that are data driven, and supported with enabling marketing strategies.
  • Analyze and understand the performances of our commercial teams, the needs of our clients and the specific segment related approaches and use them to build relevant campaigns and develop a commercial strategy that yields results.
  • Align feedback from sales teams to understand and interpret the data, so that we can provide relevant feedback to the enabling teams and adjust campaigns, audiences and tone of voice where needed and continue to expand on campaigns that work.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments in co-creation with execution teams.
  • Closely partner with the SME and LE execution team on rolling out and developing commercial campaigns boosting sales results using digital, social and traditional media based on segmentation and market insights.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources to maximize return on investment.
