Program Management

  • Design, document and manage global channel programs primarily for VAR and MSP, including partner tiers, incentives, enablement, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Ops, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product, IT,...) to ensure program alignment and execution of partner experience projects.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and continuously improve based on partner feedback and performance data.
  • Be the spokesperson for the partnerships team with regards to program needs, tools and processes to other functions within the company and document consensus.

Operations & Enablement

  • Document agreed modus operandi and features and functions of the operational infrastructure and tools supporting the partner ecosystem especially for VAR’s and MSP’s, including partner portals, partner management console, onboarding workflows, deal registration systems, MDF requests, provisioning, seat counting, billing, partner auditing, pricing/discounting/rebates, contracts,... The emphasis is on documenting the scope, requirements and features of the tools while project managing the execution that lies in other supporting departments like field ops, revenue ops, IT, product management, engineering,...
  • Work with the revenue operations team to help them build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track partner performance, program adoption, and ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with program policies, audit partners against partner tiers and contractual obligations.

Partner Experience

  • Serve as a point of contact for operational support and escalations from partners and act as a spokesperson towards other cross functional teams to overlook problem resolution.
  • Drive partner satisfaction through streamlined processes, clear communication, and timely issue resolution.
  • Support partner training and enablement initiatives in collaboration with the enablement team.

Technology & Tools

  • Scope and document desired optimizations for partner-related systems (e.g., PRM, CRM, LMS).
  • Work with cross functional teams and vendors to reach agreement on scope and requirements wrt implementing new tools or enhancements that improve partner operations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in channel operations with specialization in MSP and VAR, partner programs, or related roles in the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, indirect sales models, distribution, VAR, MSP’s and MSP aggregators and channel incentives.
  • Proficiency in CRM/PRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Confluence,...).
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity or data protection industries.
  • Familiarity with global partner ecosystems (VAR, MSP, Distribution, ISV, GSI,...) and regional nuances.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
