Job Description

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with deep expertise in crafting intuitive and engaging digital experiences for financial products. In this role, you will be involved in design initiatives and work with stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions that balance business goals, regulatory compliance, and technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing financial or complex enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design systems, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Excellent communication skills, able to influence stakeholders and articulate design decisions clearly.
• Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice To Have

• Background in fintech, banking, trading platforms, or payment solutions.
• Familiarity with data visualization, dashboards, and real-time systems.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for complex web and mobile applications within the financial services domain.
• Drive user research, workshops, and usability testing to shape product strategy and validate design decisions.
• Translate complex financial workflows into simple, intuitive user journeys.
• Create and refine wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align user experience with product and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility, security, and regulatory standards in all designs.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in fintech, banking, and UX innovation.
