Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join MAS Intimates-Ayathi as a Senior Executive - Industrial Engineering. This role would enable you to drive the Industrial Engineering function in the respective account/s aligned to the business requirements, submitting costed SMV in a competitive, timely and accurate manner to meet customers target price points, whilst generating SMV savings via method & process improvements to retain earnings and ensuring manufacturing feasibility of methods and processes, submission of GSD SMV to planning and manufacturing in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend initial tech pack meetings and support FOB price calculations by proposing production-feasible sewing methods, preparing accurate SMVs, utilizing PLM systems, and adhering to FBC guidelines to ensure cost justification and profitability.
• Offer competitive costed SMVs to satisfy customer CM requirements, applying product re-engineering, methods, and process innovations to reduce costs, improve productivity, and retain higher earnings/profits while driving continuous improvement. Prepare ROI and payback data to justify initiatives.
• Provide provisional and updated SMV breakdowns to plants for capacity booking and machinery planning as requested.
• Provide GSD SMV breakdowns at the integration (FI) stage according to integration constructions. Attend to and resolve plant concerns during integration while justifying the given methods and GSD motions, ensuring all concerns are addressed prior to TP & PP for a streamlined production start.
• Provide final standard minute values (GSD SMVs) based on final sewing constructions for requested styles accurately and in a timely manner in the Tech Pack issued to plants.
• Attend to and resolve relevant concerns arising during production start-up or ongoing production of a style by collaborating with stakeholders and problem-solving on the factory floor as required.
• Carry out method standardization and apply standard SMVs across divisions to ensure agreed standards are maintained for each style and customer.
• Drive the sub-team to deliver optimal performance while engaging with members by providing timely feedback and problem-solving support.
• Ensure all allocated team members adhere to T&As to deliver agreed goals as one team.
• Lead the team to maintain set standards, achieve KPIs, and deliver project milestones and other initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Degree in production and industrial engineering management
• 3-4 years industrial experience from Design to manufacturing process    (IE/PRODUCTION/COSTING)
• GSD (UK) license
