Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze indirect absenteeism trends.
• Implement strategies to reduce absenteeism and improve employee retention.
• Process death donation claims promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with families and relevant departments to ensure timely disbursement and resolution.
• Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement initiatives.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through regular events and feedback mechanisms.
• Maintain records of VOP and Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of team member concerns.
• Liaise with insurance providers to track the status of claims and communicate updates to employees and assist in resolving issues efficiently. 

Knowledge And Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
