AI-Native and R&D Creative producer — Beauty/Skincare

About the role
We’re looking for an AI R&D Creative Producer who is passionate about AI technologies and eager to bring them into performance marketing. This is a hands-on role for someone who personally experiments, tests, builds, and iterates creatives — and has a genuine curiosity for everything new in AI. Every day new tools appear, and you should love diving into them, figuring out how they work, and turning them into winning creative hypotheses.

What You’Ll Do

• Research and prototype new creative formats using AI platforms (Google Veo3, NanaBanana, Gemini, ChatGPT, TikTok One & Symphony).
• Iteratebeauty/skincare trends and competitor creatives (direct/indirect competitors) with AI to bring them to new levels of performance.
• Scale winning concepts across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Collaborate with UA and Growth teams to validate funnels and new offers.
• Identify early performance signals and turn them into scalable creative solutions.
• Build and maintain an internal knowledge base of AI tools and best practices, sharing insights with the team.
• Work hands-on with production tools like Final Cut, CapCut, Adobe After Effects etc.

What We Expect

• 4+ years in performance marketing or creative production.
• Experience withAI-driven creatives and generative tools (Midjourney, Veo, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Proven track record of iterating and scaling creatives for mobile apps / B2C subscription-based products.
• Proficiency in hands-on production tools (Final Cut, CapCut, After Effects).
• Strong passion for AI and new technologies, with the ability to quickly master and apply emerging tools.
• Analytical mindset: able to work with CPI, CTR, ROAS, CAC, LTV.
• Understanding of beauty/skincare industry trends is a big plus.
• English proficiency B1+.
