We are recruiting a Brand and Marketing Manager on an initial fixed term contract until the end of February 2027. As a senior member of our corporate communications team, this role is pivotal in shaping and protecting the firm’s brand across all platforms and touchpoints. 

As a specialist in brand identity management, you’ll ensure our firm’s visual and strategic presence is consistently strong and cohesive both internally and externally, across a global footprint, working with local teams across our organisation from Dublin to Sydney and everywhere in between. 

This role can be based out of our Birmingham, Manchester or London office, and our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however as an inclusive employer, we are willing to consider any flexible working requests. 

Candidate Overview

We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience: 

  • Expert level knowledge of brand strategy and visual identity best practice with experience of managing brand identity refreshes and relaunches, ideally in a legal or professional services environment. 
  • Experienced in creating comprehensive content strategies, including content production methods, platform utilisation & market delivery methods. 
  • Proven ability to act as a true advisor, partnering all areas of the business at multiple levels and able to guide on best practice, including challenging stakeholders and pushing back where appropriate. 
  • Be an expert in supplier management, including budgeting, quality control, contracts and relationship management .
  • As part of a small specialist team, you will need to be able to work with autonomy, leading as an expert within your field and making decisions without lots of oversight.
