Fleet Maintenance Lead

Algihaz Holding in Jeddah - Saudi Arabia is looking for (Fleet Maintenance Lead)

Requirements:

Education bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive 

Technology, or a related field

Experience 8-10 years of experience 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team in daily operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues.
• Coordinate and manage repair and maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to support operational goals.

-Technical Team Supervision

• Preventive and corrective maintenance fleet management.
• Spare parts and inventory management.

-Technical Reporting.

-Workshops Supervision.

Required Skills:

1. 1. Strong knowledge of vehicle and heavy equipment 
2. 2. In-depth understanding of vehicle and heavy equipment mechanics.
3. 3. Excellent diagnostic skills; Proficient in diagnosing and
