How Will It Be To Work With Us?

In this role, you’ll take ownership of strategic financial insights, cash flow, and analytical reporting:

• Develop and maintain advanced financial models to forecast cash flow, assess liquidity needs, and support strategic planning.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis into working capital, debt structures, and financial performance, identifying trends and actionable opportunities.

- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and speed of management reporting.

- Act as a key partner across finance functions (AR, AP, procurement, fleet, controlling, BPO) to validate inputs and align financial data.

- Prepare and present board-ready reports and analytical insights, synthesizing complex datasets into clear recommendations.

- Support the Finance Corporate Manager in financial debt planning, negotiating credit lines, and optimizing financial expenses.

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to banks, investors, and stakeholders.

What Will Make You Succeed In This Position:

You’ll thrive in this role if you are highly analytical, technically strong, and business-oriented:

- 3+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, FP&A, Controlling, or Consulting.

- Financial modeling expertise and an automation-first mindset.

- Strong knowledge of financial principles and IFRS; Spanish GAAP is a plus.

- Analytical depth – ability to deep dive into root causes, identify patterns, and synthesize actionable recommendations.

- Strong business acumen, curiosity, and precision.

- Proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills (Think Cell a plus).
• Familiarity with Bloomberg / Eikon Reuters, Navision / Business Central, Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
• Academic background in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or ADE; MBA or Master in Finance highly valued.
