How Will It Be To Work With Us?
Youāll be the numbers-driven partner for HR operations and workforce planning:
- Own and manage HR budgets: salaries, bonuses, and HR provider spend. Prepare forecasts, update monthly, and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain global headcount control: centralized, precise, and always up to date.
- Analyze HR data from multiple sources, clean and validate inputs, and build dashboards that provide actionable insights.
- Support HR and business leaders by translating complex data into clear reports and visualizations that guide decisions.
- Drive reporting automation and process improvements to make HR data analysis faster and smarter.

What Will Make You Succeed In This Position:
- Educational background in Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, People Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skillsāable to interpret data and present insights effectively.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with databases, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Highly organized and proactive, with a continuous improvement attitude.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting numerical insights clearly to executives.
- Discretion when handling sensitive HR and compensation data.
- Collaborative, fluent in English and Spanish.
