Special Events Program Manager - Foundation

Under the direction of the Events Director, the Special Events Program Manager is responsible for directing and actively leading the creation, development, and execution of assigned events for the Swedish Foundation. These events are designed to support fundraising, stewardship, and cultivation efforts. The position engages with caregivers, executive leadership, physicians, Foundation board members, and external vendors as appropriate to ensure each event's success. The Special Events Program Manager will play a critical role in fostering relationships and enhancing donor and stakeholder engagement through high-quality event experiences.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree --or-- 
• equivalent educ/experience
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in implementing and creating events
• equivalent educ/experience

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
