A Taste of The Job

As a Line Leader at our Warrington site, you’ll be right at the heart of our bottling and canning operations, making sure every line runs safely, smoothly, and to the highest standards. Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, supporting operators, troubleshooting equipment, and driving efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards.

You’ll take ownership of one of our bottling or canning lines, monitor and log performance through our OEE portal, and play an active role in product trials and continuous improvement projects. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in delivering excellence shift after shift.

Your Impact Will Include:

Operations Leadership – Operate and support all equipment across the production line, keeping everything running efficiently.

Safety & Quality – Champion safe working practices and ensure standards are met at every stage.

Problem-Solving – Troubleshoot downtime issues and carry out low-level engineering fixes.

Performance Management – Track and log line performance through the OEE portal and lead start-of-shift briefs.

• Documentation – Maintain accurate records for hygiene and quality assurance.
• Changeovers & Improvements – Deliver smooth product changeovers and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally food & beverage or FMCG.
• Confidence in operating machinery and ease with IT systems.

• A proactive, positive approach to problem-solving, including hands-on engineering fixes.
