About The Role

In order to achieve our ambitions, Cyncly is searching for a Marketing Qualification Intelligence Specialist to deliver our marketing programs in EMEA/APAC and NAM within set processes. The qualification intelligence specialist’s main responsibility is to leverage advanced qualification intelligence to identify, prioritize, and nurture high-value prospects through our 6sense platform to support the overall business goals and targets. A key focus is building and optimizing conversational e-mail flows that engage leads and accelerate them through the marketing and sales funnel. The specialist will work closely with sales, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure that qualification processes are data-driven, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

The Marketing Qualification Intelligence Specialist reports into the VP Demand Gen and Field Marketing is responsible for the setup, delivery and efficient execution of conversational emails and nurture campaigns into our selected languages and markets, as well as qualification of any Mid-Market and Enterprise leads. As we are on a transformational journey, the successful candidate must be able to both cover the future state of our ambition as well as being hands-on as we move quickly to challenge our status quo.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conversational Email Flow Development: Design, build and optimize personalized, conversational email sequences that nurture leads, address objections, and drive engagement.
  • Lead Qualification & Intelligence: Analyse and influence lead qualification criteria using data-driven insights from CRM, web analytics, and market research. Identify high-potential prospects and ensure sales and marketing efforts are focused on the best opportunities.
  • Pre-qualify any high-quality leads before handing over to sales, working as the bridge between marketing and sales.
  • Review, measure & optimize ongoing email flows and qualification.
  • Continuously improve ways of working in collaboration with global, regional & functional marketing and sales teams.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and other key stakeholders to ensure we meet deadlines and deliver quality intelligence.

Required Experience And Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in lead qualification and nurtures.
  • Track record in driving successful conversational email flows and lead qualification on time and on budget.
  • Hands-on experience of managing multiple stakeholders in marketing, sales and business through clear tracking.
  • Must be self-driven/able to work independently but also be able to work as part of a global team.
  • Excellent written and spoken English to craft and run qualifications and email flows at scale.
