Haddad Brands Europe, founded in 2017, specializes in the distribution of children's apparel under exclusive licenses (Nike, Levi’s, Converse, Jordan, Polo Ralph Lauren…) across Europe.

Operational for 7 years, the company has experienced rapid growth and now has over 500 employees across Europe.

We distribute our products through both wholesale working with major specialty and multi-brand retailers and retail, via our concessions in department stores.

In practical terms, this means that if you’re buying children’s apparel (ages 0–7 for Nike, 0–16 for Levi’s, Converse, and Jordan), whether in a physical store or online, in the Netherlands, the UK, Italy, or anywhere else in Europe, the product you’re holding has definitely passed through us, even if you bought it in an official Nike or Levi’s store.

To support our growth, we are offering a permanent position as a Digital Marketing

Core Responsability

Campaign Management

  • Plan, optimize, and execute digital marketing campaigns across all accounts, brands, and 3rd-party partners
  • Manage budget and timelines in line with annual marketing plans

Data & Analytics

  • Analyze performance across digital platforms to identify trends and opportunities
  • Refine marketing strategies based on results
  • Provide comprehensive reports on campaign KPIs

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with sales and retailer teams to align marketing with business goals
  • Attend client meetings and category events
  • Review sales materials to ensure alignment with brand messaging

Content & Tools

  • Create digital assets according to retail partner specifications
  • Build digital sales toolkits for internal and external use

Your Profile

  • Over 5 years of experience in fashion and sports retail, specializing in merchandising and buying.
  • Experience in premium fashion brands as a plus

Skills

  • Bachelor's in Marketing or related field preferred
  • Agency and or Fashion/Retail experience a plus
  • 2+ years of relevant marketing experience, including CRM, email, affiliate, paid search, organic search, SEO, and display
  • Exposure to large scale performance/paid marketing channels such as SEO, Paid Search, Comparison Shopping Engines, Affiliates, Display, and Social
  • A strong understanding of Web Analytics, A/B Testing, and metrics driven (performance) marketing
  • Collaborative, team-oriented skills but also capable of working independently when necessary

    • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suites
    • Strong work ethic with exceptional project management skills
    • Infectious, positive can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and virtual teams
    • Flexibility and understanding of agency and client demands
    • Proven ability to influence, build strong collaborative working relationships across departments, and be seen as a trusted and objective advisor
    • Strong analytical ability and an advanced Excel skillset
    • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
