The Customer Experience Applications Team delivers Dynamics 365 Customer Service Omnichannel that lets our customers run intelligent and highly scalable contact centers. We are building the next generation of our applications running on Azure that pull together Dynamics 365, Office 365 and a number of other Microsoft cloud services to deliver high value, complete, and predictive application scenarios across all devices and form factors.
We are looking for an Executive Business Administrator to join our team to support a corporate vice president of Customer Experience Applications.
As an Executive Business Administrator on the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Experience Applications team, you’ll collaborate with senior business and technology leaders, internal users, and partners to shape and deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic calendar management and time planning support for manager(s).
- Align calendar based on knowledge of manager's preferences and operating styles.
- Continue to build and leverage network across organizations to enable their team and leader's work.
- Begin to provide leadership within the discipline and participates in the Business Support community.
- Facilitate team experience activities.
- Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) to facilitate internal and external recruitment efforts, and partners with hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.
- Own the coordination, logistics, and direction for events.
- Lead by example and serves as a role model to Business Support colleagues by maintaining a positive attitude, demonstrating executive presence, influencing others, and encouraging self reflection during challenging situations.
- Balance multiple projects end to end with varying deadlines, while maintaining executional and operational excellence within the business and across business groups as applicable. Participates in discretionary budget tracking and reporting.
- Understand and help to implement rhythm of business (ROB) in line with recognized patterns, and proactively takes action on business cadence. Maintains and manages up-to-date space-management processes and team spaces. Manages travel arrangements for manager(s) and/or group.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.
- 2+ years' experience managing complex calendars for executive/c-suite level
- 2+ years' experience supporting internal and external customers
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)
- 2+ years experience serving as mentor to others.
- 3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
- OR equivalent experience.
Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $30.29 - $50.53 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $41.83 - $57.88 per hour.
