Role Description:

The Global Oracle Knowledge Centre DtR Business Associate will work closely with the GOKC DtR Manager and other GOKC team members to:

• Provide support to DtR users in way of working with Enterprise tools.
• Assist with training on new functionality.
• Create and maintain content of Wiki.
• Participate in Quarterly and monthly Sprint testing.
• Assist in promoting consistent way of working in Deliver to Results phase.
• Track compliance with DtR process and assist with implementation of continuous improvement programs.

Role Accountabilities:

Support And Training

• Supports Business users with a broad spectrum of experience to resolve issues pertaining to Oracle and associated Enterprise Applications Primary contact with SKU for investigation and resolution of Oracle help desk inquiries.
• Assist with triaging AW help desk inquiries to respond within 24 hours with solutions or escalation of AW Business user problems to proper Subject Matter experts for resolution of issues.
• Escalate Oracle Applications Issues to Sr. DtR Business Associate or DtR Manager when resolution is not easily apparent.
• Create and maintain Wiki articles.
• Assist in increasing data quality through analysis and support to correct data which does not comply with business process requirements.
• Performs Oracle quarterly upgrade testing and monthly Sprint testing.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with key users in the business to build an understanding of common user frustrations / areas of error in order to make suggestions for continuous improvement changes.
• Knowledge sharing: Active support to work across Country and BA boundaries.
• Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Passing on business change requests and reporting user issues to identify need for improvements.

Testing

• Participate in user acceptance testing of quarterly Oracle updates, monthly Sprints and Continuous improvement items.

Key Shared Accountabilities

• Support: engage with users to fix problems and provide ‘how to’ guidance 
• Training Material: Assist with development of guidance and training material provided to OEA team and creation of Wiki articles
• Training Delivery: Assist with development of demos to support ‘BAU’ activities and use of new features.
• Identify issues during UAT and provide feedback. 
• Act as a product advocate, championing it with end users and/ or internal stakeholders.
• Engage with user groups to deliver new functionality. 
• Support the product strategy set out by Business Process Owner.
• Product advocate with end users

Qualifications & Experience:

• The candidate should have 2-4years of broad-spectrum Oracle experience in Project processes through hands on performance/support of business functions
• Flexible and collaborative attitude and willingness to share knowledge.
• Creative approach to problem solving.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with a wide spectrum of business users across multiple workstreams.
• Enthusiastic, positive, committed, and driven attitude
• Ability to listen carefully and support business user with a professional and positive attitude.
• Understanding of Oracle DtR functionality, Collaboration Hub and some understanding of Oracle Sales Cloud 
• Talented in constructing guidance materials.
