What You’Ll Do
- Achieve results while maintaining a high level of exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Drive sales performance by ensuring the dealership meets daily, monthly, and yearly unit sales and gross profit goals.
- Own the forecast: work one-on-one with salespeople to set clear objectives for traffic, closing ratios, unit sales, and income expectations.
- Keep your team sharp through continuous coaching, hands-on training, and development.
- Motivate and hold the team accountable to ensure consistent execution and growth.
- Oversee smooth pre-delivery inspections in coordination with the Service Department.
- Implement factory programs and processes to achieve top-level customer satisfaction and CSI.

Requirements
- 5+ years of dealership sales management experience with proven ability to meet or exceed forecasts.
- A motivational leader with exceptional coaching, communication, and team-building skills.
- Strong financial and business acumen with a talent for turning strategy into measurable results.
- Proficiency with CRM, DMS, video tools, and Microsoft applications.
- Professionalism, integrity, and a strong customer-first mentality.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
