Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Capital Structuring team. You will work across a broad spectrum of FIG and corporate clients clients, and your responsibilities include marketing, transaction execution, monitoring regulatory and rating agency development, and idea generation. The position offers significant interaction with teams not only within the DCM business, but also across Investment Banking, including Syndicate, Legal, Ratings Advisory and M&A/Coverage. Collaboration with colleagues across geographies and product teams is encouraged.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse regulatory and rating agency developments, providing insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Generate ideas and participate in pitching processes to win new business and deepen client relationships.
- Prepare, review, and deliver pitch books, marketing materials and updates in both written and verbal formats.
- Review of offering documentation and related transaction documentation
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across Investment Banking
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Fluent in English
- Relevant Investment Banking experience or a related discipline, with exposure to both corporate and financial institution clients preferred.
- Strong understanding of European regulatory frameworks and rating agency methodologies.
- Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Bloomberg.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to teamwork, with adaptability and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- High attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to work under pressure.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Regulatory Requirements
This role encompasses the performance of regulated activity.
